The Cambodia National Rescue Party, routinely abbreviated as CNRP, (Khmer: គណបក្សសង្គ្រោះជាតិ, Khmer pronunciation: [kuə̯n paʔ sɑŋkruəh ciət], literally: "Party of Rescuing the Nation") is a well known of the two claim to fame political parties in Cambodia, mutually the other for the Cambodian People's Party. It was founded in 2012 as a solution between the Sam Rainsy Party and Human Rights Party.[1]
